Profile

Wade's work demonstrates a unique fusion of design and technical skills. With a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, an undergraduate degree in Math and Management Information Systems and, a Master of Landscape Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington, Wade has an unusual combination of technical skills, business acumen and design talent. In practice, he has a proven track record of effective leadership and project management experience combined with a history of successfully building and maintaining customer relationships through the sales and implementation cycle.

Wade's projects cover a broad range of project types and scales. Projects include regional plans and development frameworks, highway gateways, special district landmarks, urban revitalization, entertainment districts, and city parks. His research studies have focused on the disconnection of children and nature and the role that landscape architecture can play in reconnecting children to the natural environment. He has presented his research results at several conferences, both abroad and in the United States.

Wade combines a twenty-five year career using technology in the IT industry with a passion for landscape architecture and urban design, to stay on the cutting edge of the technologies required to best showcase designed projects for clients. His background and skills create the perfect environment for rapid visualization of design concepts and ideas; fully realized 3D models which can be used for photorealistic renderings, animations and fly-through videos; presentation graphics and boards; and, movies using animations, music and other media to allow the client to put themselves into the designed space and experience the space before it is built.

Wade is a 2009 recipient of the ASLA Honor Award from the American Society of Landscape Architects and a recent inductee into Sigma Lambda Alpha, the honor society for Landscape Architecture.
