Objective

Craft a unifying theme and central message for Haltom City's efforts to attract economic development to the city.

The City of Haltom City, a first-ring suburb of Fort Worth, requested a promotional video that could be used in the city's economic development efforts. Three distinct and separate projects were to be included in the effort. The three projects included:

1. Re-envisioning and re-development project for the city's primary commercial core, Belknap Street
2. Town Center development on a large tract of available land along a primary thoroughfare
3. Transit-oriented mixed-use development at the proposed Haltom City station on the Cotton Belt commuter rail

Envision Haltom City was cast as the unifying theme for the video. It is a celebration of what can be and of the vision and enthusiasm the city's staff and residents share for their future.
